Theory of Chinese Medicine and QiGong (chee gong) is rooted in ancients' observation of nature. Generations of healers and sages lived in close connection to nature: in harmony instead of control. In the acceptance of their natural surroundings, they cultivated an understanding of health based on cycles and patterns in relative properties of Yin and Yang.

Do these ancient patterns still mirror our changing environment; or do we need to make adjustments for comptemporary times?

How can we continue to gain insight into disease and healing from observations of natural systems and patterns?

Can these insights, ancient and modern, bring tools for healing our surrounding environments?

These pages are an on-going work in progress on contact points between Chinese Medical theory, human health, ecological sciences and bioethics.
